At MAGMA Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
